  • 4 medium sweet potatoes (peeled and cubed)
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary (or 1 tablespoon dried)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cubed sweet potatoes with olive oil and maple syrup.
  3. Sprinkle in the cinnamon, paprika, sea salt, black pepper, and rosemary; toss until well-coated.
