  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Optional: 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, combine shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cilantro, chives, and jalapeño. Mix well.
  3. Divide pizza dough into four balls; roll each into an oval shape.
  4. Spread ranch dressing on each dough piece, layer with buffalo chicken mixture and cheeses. Roll up and seal edges tight.
  5. Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with parmesan cheese mixed with sesame seeds and Italian seasoning.
  6. Bake for 10 minutes at 450°F then reduce heat to 375°F and bake for an additional 20-30 minutes until golden brown.
