  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 12 ounces full-fat cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/3 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 and 1/2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 3 Butterfinger candy bars (chopped)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. Crush Oreo cookies in a food processor, mix with melted butter, and press into the muffin cups. Bake for 5 minutes.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sour cream, and peanut butter until smooth. Gradually add sugar, then eggs one at a time. Stir in flour and fold in chopped Butterfinger.
  4. Pour the filling into the cooled crusts and bake for 22 to 24 minutes until edges are set.
  5. Cool completely before refrigerating for at least two hours before serving.
