  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 cups powdered sugar
  • Pinch of kosher salt
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 1 drop yellow gel food coloring
  • 16 ounces milk chocolate

Instructions

  1. In a stand mixer, combine softened butter and corn syrup until well mixed. Add vanilla extract, powdered sugar, kosher salt, and milk; beat until smooth. Divide the mixture into two bowls.
  2. Add yellow gel food coloring to one bowl and mix until evenly colored.
  3. Line a 9-inch square baking dish with parchment paper. Melt half of the milk chocolate and pour it into the dish, spreading evenly.
  4. Layer the white fudge mixture over the chocolate base. Drop spoonfuls of the yellow mixture on top and spread gently.
  5. Pour the remaining melted chocolate over all layers and spread evenly.
  6. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes until set. Cut into squares using a hot knife.
