Instructions

  3. Divide dough into two logs (about 1.5 inches in diameter), wrap in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least one hour.
  4. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  5. Slice logs into rounds about 1/4 inch thick and arrange on the baking sheet with spacing.
  6. Bake for 15-18 minutes until edges are lightly golden. Cool briefly on the baking sheet before transferring to a wire rack.
