  • 1 ½ cups Oreo cookie crumbs
  • 6 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 ¼ cups heavy cream
  • 2 cups bittersweet chocolate, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F.
  2. In a food processor, blend Oreo crumbs with melted butter until combined.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom and sides of a 9-inch tart pan. Bake for 10 minutes and cool completely.
  4. Heat heavy cream in a saucepan until scalding (not boiling). Pour over chopped chocolate and let sit for 5 minutes before stirring in vanilla extract until smooth.
  5. Pour ganache into cooled crust and spread evenly. Cool at room temperature for 2-3 hours or refrigerate for 1 hour until set.
  6. Garnish with fresh raspberries just before serving.
