  • 2 large shallots
  • 12 ounces fresh green beans
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons fresh ginger
  • 3/4 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 (13.5-ounce) can coconut cream
  • Zest and juice of 2 limes
  • Fresh cilantro (optional)

Instructions
