  • 1 cup sliced red grapes
  • 1 cup diced apple
  • 2 celery stalks (sliced)
  • 2 green onions (sliced)
  • 6 ounces plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix Greek yogurt, sour cream, mayonnaise, honey, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to create the dressing.

  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine diced chicken, sliced grapes, diced apple, celery slices, green onions, toasted almonds (if used), and dried cranberries.
