  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon curry powder
  • ½ teaspoon maple syrup (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C).
  2. Cut the cauliflower into even-sized florets for even cooking.
  3. In a mixing bowl, toss the florets with 1 tablespoon of avocado oil, sea salt, curry powder, and maple syrup (if using) until well-coated.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the seasoned cauliflower in the remaining avocado oil for about 5 minutes until golden on one side.
  5. Transfer the seared cauliflower to a baking sheet and roast in the oven for 10-15 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes until crispy.
