  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese (plus extra for the sauce)

  • 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 small garlic clove
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth

  • Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions
