  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder

  • 1 cup white or brown rice
  • 1 ripe avocado, diced

Instructions
