Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 175°C and prepare a 9×9-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. In a large bowl, beat the butter and brown sugar until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla; mix well.
  4. Gradually combine dry ingredients with wet ingredients without overmixing. Fold in oats and raisins.
