  • 1 can refried beans
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup enchilada sauce

  • diced tomato
  • chopped cilantro

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef. Add onion and garlic; sauté until the onion is translucent. Drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in refried beans, taco seasoning, and water; cook until heated through.
  4. Warm tortillas in the microwave for 30 seconds.
  5. Spoon beef mixture onto each tortilla, sprinkle with cheese, and roll tightly.
  6. Place burritos seam-side down in a baking dish. Pour enchilada sauce on top and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
  7. Bake for about 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
