  • 5 tablespoons butter
  • 1 pound baby yellow potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh garlic
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • red pepper flakes
  • parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare the ingredients by washing and halving the baby potatoes and cutting beef into chunks.
  2. In a large bowl, season beef and potatoes with onion powder, garlic powder, seasoned salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Layer half of the butter at the bottom of the slow cooker; add seasoned beef and potatoes. Top with chopped garlic, broth, Worcestershire sauce, and remaining butter.
  4. Cook on LOW for 6–8 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours until tender.
  5. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
