  • 3 diced jalapenos
  • 1/4 cup turkey bacon bits
  • 2 cups grated Monterey Jack cheese
  • 2 cups crushed beef rinds
  • 2 large eggs

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix softened cream cheese, diced jalapenos, Monterey Jack cheese, turkey bacon bits, garlic powder, onion powder, and seasoning until well combined.
  2. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F. Whisk together eggs and heavy cream in one bowl and place crushed beef rinds in another.
  3. Scoop portions of the cheese mixture, roll into balls, dip in egg mixture, then coat with beef rinds.
