  • ½ cup low sodium soy sauce
  • ¼ cup water
  • 8 canned pineapple slices
  • 1 head Romaine lettuce
  • Sliced green onions
  • Brown sugar
  • Garlic
  • Ginger
  • Cornstarch

Instructions

  1. Prepare the teriyaki sauce by simmering soy sauce, water, vinegar, sugars, garlic, and ginger in a small saucepan. Thicken with a cornstarch mixture.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil and cook chicken until no longer pink. Coat with teriyaki sauce.
