  • 100 g dark or semi-sweet chocolate
  • 50 g natural cocoa powder
  • 230 g unsalted butter
  • 4 large eggs
  • 150 g granulated sugar
  • 100 g brown sugar
  • 100 g all-purpose flour
  • 250 g mascarpone cheese
  • 200 g whipping cream
  • 12 ladyfingers
  • Espresso powder

Instructions

  2. Mix espresso powder with hot water (and optional liqueur) in a shallow bowl.
