Method
 

Preparation
  1. Slice the chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces and season with five-spice powder.
  2. Gather the rice noodles and fresh herbs for garnishing.
Cooking

  2. Pour in chicken broth and fish sauce, bring to simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. Cook rice noodles according to package instructions, drain, and rinse with cold water.
