- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- Mash 2 ripe bananas in a mixing bowl until smooth with no large chunks.
- Add 1 cup of peanut butter and 1 cup of oats to the mashed bananas, and stir well. Optionally, add 1/3 cup of honey or maple syrup for sweetness.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish, spread evenly, and bake for 20-25 minutes until the edges are golden brown.
