Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (204°C). Gather your ingredients as the oven warms up.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, egg, grated parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and oregano. Mix thoroughly.
  3. Fold in the whole wheat breadcrumbs and finely chopped spinach until evenly distributed.
  4. Lightly grease a baking dish or cast iron skillet with olive oil.
  5. Roll the meat mixture into 18 to 19 evenly sized meatballs, about 1 to 1.5 inches in diameter. Place them in the greased dish.
  6. Bake the meatballs for 15 minutes, then flip each meatball and return to the oven.
