- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, maple syrup, and your choice of maple seasoning until well combined.
- Cut boneless chicken breasts into uniform cubes and place into a large Ziploc bag or glass dish. Pour the prepared marinade over the chicken.
- Wash and chop your red onion, green bell pepper, and red bell pepper into bite-sized pieces.
- Once the chicken has marinated, soak wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes. Thread the marinated chicken cubes and veggies onto the soaked skewers.
- Before grilling, sprinkle with any additional seasoning and preheat your grill to medium heat.
- Carefully place the skewers on the grill and cook for 10-15 minutes, turning frequently.
- Remove the kebabs from the grill and let them rest for a couple of minutes before serving.
