Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Cook the pasta by boiling a large pot of salted water, adding rotini pasta and cooking according to package instructions, usually about 8-10 minutes, until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, barbecue sauce, and apple cider vinegar. Whisk until smooth to create the dressing.
  3. Add the cooled pasta, cooked chicken, corn, red onion, and cheddar cheese to the dressing. Gently fold to combine.
  4. Season the mixture with salt and black pepper, and taste to adjust seasoning.
  5. Chill the salad in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve.
