  • 1 cup bell peppers mixed colors
  • 1 medium onion preferably red

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, combine BBQ sauce, teriyaki sauce, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Reserve half for glazing later. Marinate the chicken for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
  2. Assemble the skewers by threading the marinated chicken, pineapple chunks, bell peppers, and onion onto skewers.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium heat (350°F to 400°F). Clean and oil the grates to prevent sticking.
  4. Grill the kabobs for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally for even cooking.
  5. In the last 1-2 minutes, brush the reserved marinade over the kabobs.
