Method
 

Preparation
  1. Microwave the Creamer potatoes for 5–7 minutes until slightly softened.

  3. In a large bowl, toss the softened potatoes with assorted vegetables, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  4. Place the mixture in a grill basket or directly on the grill grates and grill for 20-30 minutes, turning occasionally.
  5. Carefully remove from the grill, allow to cool slightly, and transfer to a serving platter.
