Method
 

Preparation

  4. Gently fold wet ingredients into dry, then mix in hot water until smooth.

  6. Beat butter until creamy, then mix in powdered sugar and heavy cream for frosting.
  7. Cut centers from cooled cupcakes and fill with raspberry preserves.
  8. Frost cupcakes using a piping bag and add decorative sprinkles.
