Mocktail Preparation
- Begin by placing one cup of fresh blueberries into a sturdy glass; use a muddler to gently crush them. Add one tablespoon of culinary-grade dried lavender, continuing to muddle until the berries burst and release their juices, about 30 seconds.
- Pour in two tablespoons of freshly squeezed lemon juice over the muddled mixture, followed by two tablespoons of simple syrup. Stir gently for about 15-20 seconds.
- Fill the glass with ice cubes, leaving some space at the top. Slowly pour in about one cup of sparkling water. Use a spoon to gently stir the mixture for about 10 seconds.
- Add a few whole blueberries or a sprig of lavender for garnish. Serve immediately in a highball glass.

Notes
For the best experience, serve chilled on a hot day. Adjust sweetness as needed based on the blueberries used.
