Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Bring water to a rolling boil in a large pot, then add the bow tie pasta. Cook until al dente, about 8-10 minutes.
  3. In a medium skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat.
  4. Combine cream cheese, milk, and one portion of pasta sauce in a large mixing bowl and blend until smooth.
  5. Add cooked ground beef and drained bow tie pasta to cheese mixture. Stir gently until combined.
  6. Spray a baking dish with non-stick cooking spray and pour the pasta mixture in, topping with remaining pasta sauce and mozzarella cheese.
  7. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
