Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and gather a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  2. Slice each croissant in half horizontally. Spread a teaspoon of apricot jelly on one half and honey mustard on the other half.
  3. Layer two slices of creamy Havarti cheese onto the apricot jelly half and add four slices of turkey on the honey mustard half.
  4. Sprinkle microgreens over the turkey layer and close the sandwich.
  5. Melt garlic butter and brush the mixture over the tops of each croissant.
  6. Sprinkle everything bagel seasoning on top and drizzle with honey.
  7. Bake the croissants for 6-8 minutes until the cheese is melted and croissants are golden.
  8. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving warm.
