  3. Sprinkle in 1/4 cup of all-purpose flour, stirring constantly for 2-3 minutes until light golden.
  4. Slowly pour in 1 cup of heavy cream and 1 cup of seafood stock, whisking to avoid lumps. Cook until thickened, about 5 minutes.
  5. Reduce heat to low, fold in 1 pound of shrimp and 1/2 cup of lump crab meat. Simmer for 3-5 minutes until heated.
