Cooking Instructions
- Cook the pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente, about 8–10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground beef, breaking it apart, and cook until browned, about 5–7 minutes. Drain excess grease.
- Sprinkle onion powder, garlic powder, and smoked paprika over the beef. Season with salt and pepper, and cook for another 1–2 minutes.
- Reduce heat to low, pour in the Alfredo sauce, and stir to combine. Simmer for about 2–3 minutes until heated through.
- Add the drained pasta to the skillet, tossing to coat with sauce. If desired, stir in cheddar and mozzarella cheese to melt.
- Remove from heat and top with crumbled bacon and diced pickles. Serve warm.
