Ingredients

For the Dip
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise Adds creaminess to the dip; Greek yogurt can lighten it up.
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard Provides a peppery bite; adjust for desired heat.
  • 2 cloves Minced Garlic Enhances flavor depth; fresh is best for a stronger taste.
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper Adds a hint of heat; omit if you prefer a milder flavor.
  • 1 can Artichokes Brings texture and tang; both canned and frozen work well.
  • 1 cup Spinach Offers vibrant color and nutrition; fresh or well-drained frozen is fine.
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese Delivers gooeyness; feel free to swap with provolone or fontina.
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese Complements the flavors; optional but adds depth.
  • 2 stalks Green Onions Adds a fresh crunch; chives are a great alternative if needed.
  • 2 tablespoons Parsley Enhances with brightness; fresh is preferred, but dried can work in a pinch.
