- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Let your pizza dough sit at room temperature for about 20 minutes. Dust your surface with all-purpose flour.
- Divide the dough into 10 equal pieces and roll each into an 8-inch long rope.
- Snip each end about 1 inch deep, then pull them apart to create a bone shape.
- Place the shaped breadsticks on the lined baking sheets with space in between.
- Brush each breadstick with melted butter and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake for 15 minutes.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes until melted.
- Let cool slightly before serving with marinara sauce for dipping.
