- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, grated onion, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix until well incorporated.
- Take a portion of the meat mixture, flatten it, place a cube of cheddar cheese in the center, and shape it into a ball.
- In a small bowl, whisk together ketchup and mustard. Brush the glaze over the top of each meatloaf bite.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
