  • 1 tablespoon Mustard Dijon or honey mustard recommended
For the Filling
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese or mozzarella or pepper jack
For Garnish
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley chopped

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, grated onion, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix until well incorporated.
  3. Take a portion of the meat mixture, flatten it, place a cube of cheddar cheese in the center, and shape it into a ball.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together ketchup and mustard. Brush the glaze over the top of each meatloaf bite.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
  6. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve warm or at room temperature.
