Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking pan by greasing it or lining it with parchment paper.
  2. Grate fresh zucchini and sprinkle with salt; let it sit for about 10 minutes to draw out moisture.
  3. Using a fine mesh sieve, squeeze out excess moisture from the grated zucchini.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine the drained zucchini with mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, parsley, and flour, mixing until well-combined.
  5. Spread the mixture in the prepared baking pan, pressing it down firmly for even baking.
  6. Sprinkle approximately 1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese on top of the mixture.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and the top is melted.
  8. Allow to cool for 5 minutes, then slice into finger-sized breadsticks and serve warm.
