Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. Mix together 4 ounces of softened cream cheese, 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar, and 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract in a bowl until smooth.
  3. Unroll the crescent dough, place 1/2 teaspoon of cream cheese mixture and 1-2 teaspoons of cherry filling in each triangle, and pinch the edges tightly.
  4. Arrange the bites on the baking sheet, brush with melted butter, sprinkle with coarse sugar, and bake for 10-12 minutes.
  5. Mix 1 cup of powdered sugar with 2 tablespoons of milk for the optional glaze and drizzle over the bites before serving.
