Method
 

Preparing the Dish
  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together fresh lime juice, chili powder, olive oil, garlic powder, and salt until well combined.
  2. Place the flank steak in a large resealable bag and pour the marinade over it, ensuring it is completely coated. Seal and marinate for at least 2 hours.
  3. Prepare the avocado salsa by dicing avocados and jalapeño, then combine with chopped cilantro, lime juice, and salt.
  4. Preheat your grill to high heat. Grill the marinated flank steak for approximately 5-7 minutes per side.
  5. Allow the steak to rest for 5 minutes, then slice against the grain and serve topped with avocado salsa.
