- Begin by melting ¼ cup of coconut oil in a large mixing bowl in the microwave for about 30 seconds. Once melted, stir in ½ cup of granulated sugar and 1 tablespoon of ground cinnamon until the mixture is smooth and evenly combined.
- Gently add 16 ounces of twisted salted pretzels into the bowl with the cinnamon-sugar mixture. Using a spatula, carefully toss the pretzels until they are fully coated.
- Line an 11x13-inch baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup. Spread the coated pretzels in a single layer on the baking sheet.
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake the Cinnamon Pretzels for about 3–5 minutes.
- Once out of the oven, allow the pretzels to cool on the baking sheet for 1–2 minutes.
