Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a greased loaf pan.
  2. Mash the bananas in a mixing bowl and add melted vegan butter, maple syrup, almond milk, and vanilla extract, stirring until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt, then gradually mix into the wet ingredients until just combined.
  4. Prepare the cinnamon swirl mixture by combining melted vegan butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon in a separate bowl.
  5. Pour half of the batter into the loaf pan, top with cinnamon swirl, and add remaining batter on top.
  6. Bake for approximately 45 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
