Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In a large bowl, cream melted butter and brown sugar until smooth.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla extract.
  5. Mix in mashed bananas, milk, and Greek yogurt until combined.
  6. Fold dry ingredients into the wet ingredients gently.
  7. In a small bowl, combine granulated sugar with ground cinnamon.
  8. Pour half of the banana batter into the loaf pan and sprinkle with half of the cinnamon sugar mixture.
  9. Pour the remaining batter on top and sprinkle with the rest of the cinnamon sugar.
  10. Using a butter knife, swirl the cinnamon sugar into the batter.
  11. Bake for 50-60 minutes and check for doneness.
  12. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
