Step-by-Step Instructions for Classic Meatloaf and Tangy Glaze
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a 9"x5" loaf pan with parchment paper.
  2. Combine ground beef, panko breadcrumbs, milk, minced garlic, parsley, ketchup, salt, Italian seasoning, black pepper, and paprika in a large bowl. Mix until just combined.
