  • 1 package Ravioli Fresh or frozen, no need to boil.
  • 2 cups Marinara Sauce Choose your favorite brand.
  • 3 cups Baby Spinach Regular spinach works well too.
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese Freshly grated is best.
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese Freshly grated provides best texture.
For Garnish
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Chopped Parsley Optional but highly recommended.

Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions for Baked Ravioli Casserole
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease the baking dish.
  2. Spread 1/4 cup of marinara sauce across the bottom of the baking dish. Layer one package of ravioli on top.
  3. Pour half of the remaining marinara sauce over the ravioli, add baby spinach, and sprinkle half of the parmesan and mozzarella.
  4. Add another layer of ravioli, pour the remaining marinara sauce, and top with last of the spinach, parmesan, and mozzarella.
  5. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes.
  6. Remove foil and bake uncovered for an additional 5 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
  7. Let rest for a few minutes, then garnish with parsley before serving.
