Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Rinse the mini sweet peppers under cool water, slice them in half lengthwise, and remove the seeds.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, chives, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  4. Stuff each pepper half with the cheese mixture using a spoon or piping bag.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 10 to 15 minutes until the peppers are tender and the cheese is melted.
  6. Serve warm with optional garnishes or chill in the refrigerator for later.
