- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Gather your ingredients and a large baking dish.
- In your baking dish, combine cherry tomatoes with olive oil and black pepper. Toss gently.
- Create a well in the cherry tomato mixture and place the Boursin cheese in that well.
- Put your baking dish in the oven and bake for about 30 minutes until tomatoes soften and cheese melts.
- Fill a large pot with salted water and bring to a boil. Add dry pasta and cook until al dente, then drain.
- Turn on the broiler to high and broil the dish for about 2 minutes for a crispy top.
- Remove from the oven, stir in garlic, parsley, and cooked pasta until well combined. Serve hot.
