- Begin by placing your cubed chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot.
- Pour in one can of crushed tomatoes and four cups of chicken broth.
- Season with garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt and black pepper; stir gently to combine.
- Cover with lid and cook on low for 6 to 7 hours, or on high for 3 to 4 hours.
- About 30 minutes before serving, stir in the uncooked rotini pasta.
- Once the pasta is cooked, reduce heat to warm and stir in the heavy cream.
- Dish out the soup into bowls and finish with a sprinkle of shredded Parmesan cheese.
