Instructions
  1. Prepare the Pan and Preheat the Oven: Grease a loaf pan with cooking spray and preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix the Dry Ingredients: In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt until combined. Set aside.
  3. Combine the Wet Ingredients: In another bowl, mix mashed bananas, brown sugar, granulated sugar, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Incorporate the Dry Ingredients: Gradually stir the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
