Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by cutting the chicken breasts into thin strips, ensuring they are uniform for even cooking. Season the strips generously with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper in a mixing bowl, tossing until they are evenly coated with the fragrant spices.
  2. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 3-5 minutes. While waiting, prepare your tortillas and other ingredients.
  3. Once preheated, spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Arrange the seasoned chicken strips in a single layer and air fry for 8 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden brown.
  4. Remove the cooked chicken and set aside. On the whole wheat tortillas, layer fresh spinach, crispy chicken strips, and shredded mozzarella cheese. Roll each tortilla tightly and spray the outside with olive oil.
  5. Place the assembled wraps seam-side down in the air fryer basket. Cook at 375°F (190°C) for an additional 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Remove the wraps from the air fryer and let them cool slightly before slicing. Serve warm with optional ranch dressing or salsa verde.
