  2. In one bowl, mix panko breadcrumbs with salt, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and Italian seasoning. In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, hot sauce, and buttermilk. Leave a third bowl ready with plain flour.
  3. Dredge marinated chicken in flour, coat in egg mixture, then roll in seasoned panko.
  4. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line baking sheet with parchment paper. Bake chicken for 20 minutes until golden brown.
