  • 1 cup Vegetable Oil High smoke point oils like canola or sunflower
  • 2 pieces Spring Onions For garnish

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Coat the Beef: Sprinkle cornflour over thinly sliced flank steak and toss until evenly coated.
  2. Prepare Oil: Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat until shimmers.
  3. Fry the Beef: Add coated beef strips in batches, frying for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Sauté Aromatics: Drain excess oil, add garlic, ginger, and sliced red chili, sautéing for 30 seconds.
  5. Add Veggies: Add sliced bell peppers and stir for about 2 minutes until slightly crunchy.
  6. Mix Sauce: Whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sweet chilli sauce; pour over beef and veggies.
  7. Garnish: Remove from heat and garnish with sliced spring onions; serve immediately.
