Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. Finely dice the ripe tomato, crumble the feta cheese, and slice the green onions.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine diced tomato, crumbled feta, and sliced green onions. Add olive oil and lemon juice, and season with basil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  4. Spoon the mixture into each phyllo shell, filling them generously but not overfilling.
