- Grate the zucchini, sprinkle with salt, and let drain for 10 minutes.
- Preheat your air fryer to 200°C (390°F) for about 3 minutes.
- In a bowl, combine the drained zucchini with eggs, chickpea flour, Parmesan, minced garlic, black pepper, onion powder, and parsley.
- Lightly spray the air fryer basket with olive oil.
- Form patties from the batter and place them in the air fryer basket, leaving space in between.
- Cook at 200°C (390°F) for 10 to 12 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Let cool for 2 minutes before serving.
